BDI Screener

Seven Step uses Behavioral Descriptive Interviewing (BDI) in our telephone screening efforts. During telephone screening, we ask detailed situational questions relating to the position in question, using an outline documented in the project's approved BDI Screener. We document every answer carefully, and attach detailed notes to candidate resumes for use throughout the developing recruitment process.
