Seven Step is perhaps the most metric-centric company in RPO. We specify clear measures of success for every project we take on. Every engagement begins collaboratively (Step 1: Setup), working with our clients to outline performance targets for each step in the recruitment productivity process. As the project proceeds, we measure our results daily and weekly, and report in detail just how well we've done. Seven Step maintains 100% accountability for delivering clear performance against the targets we set.
