In the event of employment to a position with the Sevenstep, I will comply with all the rules and regulations as set forth by Sevenstep’s policy or other communications distributed to all employees, which may be changed without notice at the discretion of Sevenstep.
I hereby authorize my present and/or former employers, educational institutions and references to disclose to Sevenstep any and all information concerning my previous employment and any other pertinent information they may have, and I release all parties from any liability whatsoever resulting from such disclosure.

If any information I have provided is false or misleading, or if I have concealed material information, I understand that this may disqualify me from consideration for employment or may result in immediate termination of my employment.
